AVOID in peak season - worst lifts ever
I could never stay in this property again. We were there for 8 days in January. The building has over 50 floors. There are only 4 lifts. At times the wait time for a lift was over 30 minutes. Forget about just popping down to grab a coffee. You had to plan your day to avoid the biggest wait times for the lifts, but even at 9pm people were lined up outside waiting for lifts.
