We are a PERFECT experience at Hope Peninsula. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff for accommodating us after hours. Parking was easy and secure. The rooms were clean. I would recommend them to my friends and stay in the future.

It was perfect for a nights stay for us. We didn’t spend a lot of time there because it was only overnight but great location; noting Im familiar with GC and Hope Island and clean, tidy and easy to check in and out.

Great location, however, slightly annoying to get into the property, as it's a gated community. Easy to walk to the shops and local pub/food. Room was clean, although the showerhead was a bit broken, so you couldn't change the angle, which was annoying. Otherwise, great facilities. Would stay here again.

Location was great for what we wanted. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment, which was a decent size. Looking out into a busy road was entertaining but, as expected, quite noisy at times. Walking distance to shops and great dining precinct was the overall win for us. Cleanliness could be improved as too tired furniture, including one of the beds, very worn carpet and a second fridge because one wasn’t fully working… I’m glad I got a good deal on price.

Check in was easy and communication was very good. The proximity location was great. Easy walking to numerous restaurants and Coles supermarket. The problem was the unit was very unclean and dusty. The fridge was dirty and still had someone’s leftover icecream in the freezer. Someone’s toothbrush was still in the bathroom draw and the toilets were not cleaned. Urine behind the toilet seat. The small rubbish bin and toilet brushes were rusty and the surface was peeling off the bin. We stripped the bed to put the sheets in the washing machine and we were horrified at the state of the mattress. Huge urine stains. Every surface was dirty in this particular unit. We notified the reception staff of our concerns. She said next time if we found a problem they would see if another room was available. It’s not her fault it’s the units owners that need to be looking at what they expect paying customers to be happy with staying there. We certainly will not return to these units.

Great location, good spacious rooms. The only issue we had was that the room we were given had loud noise every time the toilet or taps were turn on from above level. The noise was constant throughout the night. However as soon as we raised the issue Jess in the reception came and inspected the noise and provided us with immediate solution of moving to another room on another level. Customer service provided was exceptional.
