The property has very basic furnitures, flooring of the kitchen has detached and feels weird walking on it. Beds are not comfortable at all, pillows are very old and uncomfortable. Not enough blankets. There’s no room service. The only thing I liked was the indoor pool.

No more than a scam
It was an abysmal experience. We had booked a room boasting an ocean view, yet we were met with the complete opposite, a grievous error indeed. Despite paying a premium for the ocean view, we received no compensation for the discrepancy. When I inquired about this issue, the officer promised a callback that never materialized. I am utterly exasperated by their empty promises and have resigned myself to the belief that they will never follow through. The room’s floor was inundated with beach sand, turning our supposed haven into a gritty nightmare, while the kitchen had been usurped by a veritable empire of cockroaches.
