When location is key then this little beauty should be your pick. Located at the front of Broadbeach's Esplanade and only meters to the sandy patrolled beach it is a great place to holiday for the small family or friend group. The Casino, Pacific Fair and Convention centre can easily be reached by foot as well as local restaurants, shops and cafe's.

The apartment offers a great location and is a great spot for those who wishes to be close to everything Broadbeach has to offer including the beach

this is a old building out of date needs money spent on it . would not not stay there again.over priced for what it is .
