"This place was great! The ocean view could not be beat - large balcony where you could see the whole beach! Location was very convenient to local shops, restaurants, and attractions. The rooms were very comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. The host was easy to communicate with and worked hard to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Would totally recommend and we will definitely be back! Can’t wait to stay again!"

"Beautiful unit with floor to ceiling windows with a spectacular balconey, Oceanfront and the biggest in OC. See and hear the waves in every room. Very clean and great for couples who want to share expenses beacause 2 of the 3 bedrooms have king size beds. Since there was only 2 of us, we only used the master bedroom and the bed was new and very comfortable. Also big TV's with DVR (Direct TV). Would definitely recommend this unit"

"I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others if they're looking for ocean front in this part of OC. I stayed here for a long weekend with my husband. We both really enjoyed the condo's style and layout. We happened to have stormy weather during our stay and the balcony view of the ocean was great for watching the waves even on a gray day. We easily walked to the Food Lion and the Green Turtle during our stay. Always use the crosswalks just FYI.The king size bed was very comfortable to both of us for the 3 nights. My husband is more picky about beds than I am so that's a high compliment from him. The couch and swivel chair were also very comfortable for reading and lounging. For the kitchen we really only used the fridge and coffee maker. I did warm up a pot of apple cider on the colder day we were there. Everything was where you'd expect things to be and matched the description in the listing. The host was great about getting back to me very quickly about the few questions that came up. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others if they're looking for ocean front in this part of OC."

"We absolutely loved our stay here! It has an open concept kitchen, dining room, living room that leads out to the closed in porch/balcony. It was perfect for my one year old twins. AND the best part - the view! Sunrises right from the balcony and a quick venture down the elevator to the pool or beach. The parking was easy. The lobby was clean and welcoming. Cannot wait to go back!"

"While the Building was well maintained the actual condo unit was in much need of repair closet door broken lots of rust and mold old Ac units that probably require cleaning or new filters or something. Hot water only lasts about 5 minutes.the description said washer & dryer - there was not one in the unit and the TVs were tiny and not smart - so not able to log onto any streaming but for a short weekend it was fine for a total week would have be rough."
