"We arrived during renovation and our room was not ready until 9:00pm a bummer especially when we had plans for dinner so we were unable to change our “airport” clothes and ended up changing our dinner venue BUT the staff was amazing and accommodating… Penny and her night crew were very friendly and Lance was on it when the tv wasn’t working we will be back because of their professionalism and courtesy"

"This casita is lovely and well appointed, with great outdoor space. The kitchen space is a highlight of an overall lovely, private, and quiet place. It’s neighborhood location is great, with easy access to walking trails, parks and shopping. The restaurant recommendations in the welcome book were spot on, and l particularly enjoyed the Corner House Pizza Pasta Bar, a short walk away."

"This place was amazing! Made my experience in Denver twice as amazing. Its very convenient and close to downtown Denver and everything is very modern and updated. The owner’s communication couldn’t have been better, and they made it known that if anything was wrong they would take care of it. 10/10 place to stay in the Denver area and would reccommend for anyone looking to find a more laid back stay in the mile high city!"

"Parking in the garage made things so easy, the unit was as presented--very comfortable, clean and relaxing to be in while we were there. Our stay was short, so we didn't use the laundry, but for an extended stay or for one that included lots of outdoor activity, the laundry would be a big plus. The Belmar area has lots of great stores and restaurants, and our trip to Red Rocks was a highlight. Great area, nice place to be while there."
