"I booked this hotel because of the reviews???(do not believe reviews) it was terrible after driving all day to get to this location, no staff onsite, you have to stand out in the cold to phone a number to get the key which is the mailbox. I would have cancelled if we were earlier! Nothing worked, TV no signal, sink didn't drain, toilet seat moves andthe link was broken. I will attach pictures, THIS IS NOT QUIET OR PEACEFUL!!! SEMI TRUCKS NON STOP ALL NIGHT WITH JAKE BRAKES AS THIS IS THE TOP OF GOLDEN Valley, as they drive down the major grade hill into Golden BC, RED lipstick on a rundown flytrap, parking terrible, the toitet paper jambed with the paper wrap onto the holder the toilets ran all night TERRIBLE after a 10 hr drive to experience thsi, was expecting a little more! I know its not the Ritz but come on! You charge a fee provide service!"

"I was here for 2 weeks working nights and it was great. Well stocked house and very close to everything you need. Duane is easy to contact and quick to help out if you should have questions or need anything. Will be staying here again anytime I'm in golden!"
