"The room was clean and the location was great particularly for food and getting to the east gate. Hotel seems dated and is loaded with tour busses. So much so, it was difficult to get from one building to another. Go early for breakfast because it seemed picked over the morning we went a little later. Was a little loud earlier in the evening but it did quiet down and we had a good sleep. "

"If you want easy access, a wonderful person help planning the best sites, and willing to help. She is amazing and recommend staying here."

The staff is incredibly helpful, the location is beautiful, and overall, we had a...

"Very friendly staff and nice location, close to the national park and nice view !"

Special thanks to our housekeeper, Kiki, and the store manager, Ms. Li, who organized our transportation from Zhangjiajie West Station to the guesthouse. They also provided valuable advice for our...

"I had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. A special thanks to the boss lady and the lovely front desk girl who greeted me every morning with such warmth and sunshine-like positivity. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and the breakfast was very good. Everything felt organized and comfortable. The only issue was that the room I received looked nothing like the one shown in the booking photos. The advertised images featured a luxury suite...
