"We truly enjoyed our stay at Zhangjiajie National Park Nvue Resorts. The location is fantastic—peaceful and relaxed, yet incredibly close to the park’s Middle Gate. Right behind the property, there are lovely walking and hiking paths that lead to scenic rice fields, local coffee shops, and restaurants. At the same time, it is highly convenient for visiting downtown and other top attractions like 72 Qilou and Huanglong Cave. The hotel's restaurant is also excellent, serving traditional local Tujia food that you absolutely must try at least once during your stay. What sets this resort apart is the flawless customer service. The staff speaks excellent English, and we were able to seamlessly communicate with them via WeChat both before and during our stay to answer any questions. Since we were only visiting for the weekend, we hired Robert as our park guide for a day. He did an amazing job tailoring the itinerary to our preferences and ensuring we got the full Zhangjiajie experience in a short timeframe. For the rest of the weekend, he went above and beyond acting as our informal concierge—suggesting great local spots to eat and visit, arranging tickets, and offering advice that made our stay unforgettable. We will definitely be back!"

"We enjoyed throughout of our 3 day stay here. Quit location yet not far away from central Wuling Rd. Breakfast was really nice with both Chinese and western selections. 24 hour free laundry staff were very helpful also. Highly recommended."

"This hotel was marvellous. The staff were so attentive above and beyond. They sent a large vehicle to collect us from the train station. Once we arrived. They immediately recommended we go see the Grand Canyon because we had enough time left in the day. The hotel arranged the tickets and we had an amazing time. They have a refrigerator and freezer in the lobby stocked with drinks and ice cream where you just help yourself. The rooms were really nice and comfortable for our needs. We were out early each day going to the national parks. The main national park is only a short walk from the hotel. On the day we checked out we were also going to Tianmen mountain and the hotel offered to send our bags to the train station after we finished. This was amazing service we never received from any hotel anywhere. Some of the staff which didn’t speak English would use a dedicated translation device to help us out. The pool area was clean and well kept. The breakfast was excellent too. There are many restaurants within a short walk. We want to thank everyone at the hotel for your hospitality and making our stay exceptional."

"I had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. A special thanks to the boss lady and the lovely front desk girl who greeted me every morning with such warmth and sunshine-like positivity. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and the breakfast was very good. Everything felt organized and comfortable. The only issue was that the room I received looked nothing like the one shown in the booking photos. The advertised images featured a luxury suite with a large window, mountain views, and a spacious layout. The actual room was considerably smaller, located on the ground floor, and had no view whatsoever. I understand that photos can sometimes differ, but the difference was significant enough to be disappointing. Despite that, the wonderful staff and overall quality of the property made for a good experience."

The hotel came with a driver to shuttle to and from the nearby scenic area which was a great help and made eveything very easy, the view was great and the rooms very comfortable and quite."
