As downsides, there was one time during a storm when it started to rain a bit inside the building. Also, a portion of the back of the wardrobe in our room was broken so we could see into the hallway. And lastly, after the storm, the front door code pad stopped working so we had to use the side doors."

"We stayed at Gardeners Cottage- it is a delightful quirky little cottage with 3 bedrooms (we did have trouble finding the 3rd bedroom and my son instantly claimed it as his little hideway). The loft housed the main bedroom with a large bed (beware, the roof is slanted so if you're tall, you might hit your head). And past the lounge was another bedroom with double bed and sitting area with rocking chair and reading nook. The cottage was overall clean but did have some issues in terms with loads...
