"the staff and the location were absolutely the best. we have stayed in Solvang many times before however, this stay was far and above anything prior. we stay in Solvang every time we travel north and will be staying at King Frederick again, bet on it. the breakfast and room were superb as was the staff, highly recommend this hotel."

"My girls and i have very wanting to explore Solvang for sometime so we booked here for 1 day and it was so nice! We enjoyed the AC unit being on as we opened our room. The outside patio has a beautiful view. My girls and i enjoyed using the pool and jacuzzi area. And the best part is this place is on the strip you walk Solvang and explore. I appreciated they let me check in earlier than the expected 3 pm time. My girls and i will be booking here once again. We enjoyed it. Clean room. Friendly people. Nice and calm area."

"Amenities were great. Came to Santa Barbara for a concert. Like the fact that we were 15 minutes away from everything. We had parking, clean rooms, great breakfast and an awesome heated pool. Oh yeah bonus you’ll get have fun watching the ducks around the pool. Great place definitely recommend"
