"We arrived after a long day at Phantasialand, the castle was beautiful, easy to find and the check in was automated and very straight forward. We stayed with children in the junior suite and it was amazing, well equipped, warm and very upmarket."

"The property lacks any handicap accessibility. The elevator is like a matchbox which could never fit any assistance device (maybe a cane). The rooms are also neither accessible or for families. I requested information about air conditioning because of a medical disability that’s neither hot/cold tolerate. Never heard anything from the site. The room was horribly hot and the fan didn’t help. Resulted me getting sick the first day. I’m fortunate it didn’t result in a trip to the hospital. The...

"Brilliant stay. We stayed here for a weekend trip to go to phantasialand. Clean and spacious apartment. Walking distance to the shuttle bus to phantasialand. Shopping centre 2 min walk away and felt very safe, even when arriving at 2am. Very convenient and easy to use self check in pod for out of hours"

"Recently renovated. Quite peaceful despite the nearby railway. An excellent, spacious, and spotless apartment with a lounge featuring a kitchenette, a separate bedroom, and two bathrooms with showers. A lovely surprise: underfloor heating. Warm hospitality from the staff on check-in. Fast check-out via a designated box by the door to the underground parking. Excellent parking facilities, ample space, available for an additional fee."
