"The Four Seasons experience is. no longer a thing. My last couple stays at the Four Seasons were not as exceptional as they used to be. Now, you can have a better experience somewhere else without spending so much as you do when you book at a Four Seasons hotel. Have stayed at that particular resort about 8-10 years ago and my previous stay was way more special - personal attention, better service, etc.. Also, nothing changed, this particular resort needs a facelift."

"We love everything about this place; the hostess, the comfort, the cleanliness, the amenities, and the location. We usually stay a week, and would like to stay longer. The only thing we wish it had, for our length of stay, would be a full size refrigerator and stove top and oven.
