"Clean, funny but hard to find"

"Great location, and I would have given a 10/10 rating, but on the last day one of the front desk gave us wrong information to get to the airport, (there is in fact another route to the airport on Saturdays beside the RhoneExpress). Otherwise the bed was comfy, the room was quiet and we enjoyed our brief stay."

"Property was dismal and completely beyond reasonable, dark, dirty stained old hall carpet long past due for replacement. Room hadn't been maintained with chipped flooring around shower in bathroom and missing mouldings on room finishes. Just old and depressing. Broken times for shuttle, only early morning or evening otherwise reserve which is not accessible! Room was clean, no bugs. "

"Very safe area next to the train station with easy public transport connections to the city center and airport. Excellent, clean, and comfortable rooms, everything is in great condition. Breakfast was very varied and service from the whole team at the breakfast and at the hotel was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Room was clean, but the Staff at the Front Desk were terrible. The room was not cleaned and stocked when we checked in. After we told them, they sent someone after multiple reminders to add basic amenities such as soap, shampoo etc. Even then, they forgot some things. Despite multiple calls to the Front Desk, there was no progress. We finally had to go down ourselves to get what we needed from the reception. No apology, nothing.. I would 100% not stay again. "
