"Hotel looks new and appears to be well kept. Common areas were clean. Pool was cloudy but we used in early evening so it may have been dirty from day's use. Our room appeared clean, but was infested with ants/roaches. I killed two large ants in the evening and woke up to a roach on my headboard and ants all over the desk. Was so disgusted, family refused to eat breakfast at hotel. I am a fan of this brand, but I will not stay here again."

"Beautiful property on the river. The host provides two kayaks and a paddleboard which we used and saw 4 manatees. Host was very quick to respond to minor issues/questions we had. Plenty of kitchen utensils and cookware. Would definitely rent from Amanda again."

"We had a great stay here. The staff were very sweet and helpful. The building was clean inside and out. It has a laundry mat on site which was very helpful. The pool was great."

"The room did not feel clean. The bed was not made up like it should be, my daughter was concerned it hadn’t been washed? The AC was terrible. Very loud on and off and never cooled the room sufficiently. The walls were dirty and the tile in bathroom didn’t feel clean, felt I needed to wear shoes in there. Would not stay again. And a random charge on my credit card for 3 dollars? Not sure what for?"

"Easy check in, clean room with fresh towels, nice neighborhood with coffee shop, party store and restaurants within walking distance. Great communication with host"
