Situated between Olbia and Golfo,so transport needed,however there are beaches in easy walking. Management and staff exceptional. Stress free holiday.

Old mattress, uncomfortable

The hotel is in a quiet spot, and has some good features. The mattresses are very old , so you can feel every spring. Breakfast costs 10€ per person. Lunch 35€ and dinner 45€ . Quite steep for Italy. Water was also very expensive.

Great location and panorama view, perfect to reach all important spots of Costa Smeralda. Simple but comfortable rooms. Lovely pool open till night, which is perfect! Nice and convenient restaurant. Private beach available, not very beautiful but still enjoyable, and with excursions to see dolphins. Overall good value for money!

Rooms were dirty and dark and the air con didn’t work. Awful experience Staff didn’t care that air con wasn’t working despite being a very hot night. Not a 4 star experience or stay!

Muy mala experiences rente para 3 personas y cuando llegue al lugar era solo para 2 personas y me hicieron gastar dinero en rentar otra recamara muy mal servicio no lo recomiendo

Fint område, bra pool och strand med strandbar. Rummen kändes dock i behov av renovering och badrummen luktade fuktskador. Synd att de inte levde upp till resten av området. Tyvärr hade de också regel om att poolen var stängd mellan 13-15:30 vilket kändes märkligt.

Beau site, mais service low cost !

Chambre propre et correcte sur un site tres beau. Mais nous avons du chercher sous 38° et sans aucun soutien nos chambres - extrêmement mal indiquées - sans aucune aide du personnel...visiblement pas concerné par ce sujet ^^ Tres dommageable. Et que dire des poubelles qui s'etendent aux 4 coins du lieu?

Place is ok. But theres no restaurant. Location is remote, the restaurant only offers very expensive dinner buffet. No snack availability to buy for kids. No fast food any time if the day. If you don't have transportation. Your family's will starve.

Room and bathroom is big, balcony also. Great sea view but not in the beach, walk around 0.4ml. Beach is small but good for swimming and snorkeling. Sea is warm and clean. Very loud at night, every day is dancing and karaoke, not possible to sleep till midnight or later at all.

Our room smelled very badly like wastewater and it seems like the hotel was aware of the issue but there was nothing to do about it. Our refrigerator did not work. Very dirty room.

Unwürdig für 4 Sterne! Zimmer sehr winzig. Matratzen sind eine Hügellandschaft. Frühstücksbuffet groß, aber billig mit vielen Fehlstellen. Personal spricht kein Englisch und ist manchmal hilflos. Man muss eine Karte mit Geld aufladen für Zahlungen im Hotel. Strandbar verlangt dann Cash und man bleibt durstig. Weg zum Strand dauert ein paar Minuten zu Fuß mit starkem Anstieg zurück.

If you dont have a car dont go. To nearest shop more than 5 km. If You dont eat breakfast You will drink Your first coffee at 10a.m. You can not use yours credit or debits cards. You have to pay 10€ in cach for their pre paid card and top up . Than you can pay for drinks or food in the hotel. Pool was amazing. Clean nice room with a piece of sea view. Nearest beach small but beautifull.

Great place to stay with very nice pool area and private beach close by. Parking was however difficult, too many cars and too little spaces. Very friendly staff m, beach is small but with free umbrella and beds and with a nice beach bar. A car is required to get to the nearest town / restaurants.
