Staff was amazing! Arranged transport for us and helped us with everything we needed at the hotel like restaurant recommendations and just general questions about Sardinia. When we ordered drinks and food, they arrived promptly either to our room or the beach! Big beach and great views will visit again

Hotel Castello suited me so well as a single traveler. The staff were the best part for me - so nice and accommodating. My poor Italian was not a problem when I had questions for the front desk staff. They helped me to book a boat trip to La Maddalena islands. I had a room facing the road. It was cleaned every day with fresh towels as needed. Breakfast was plentiful. Golfo Aranci town and marina is a short drive away or a 15 minute easy walk. The beach behind the hotel has very soft sand. Beautiful sunsets. I found the price to be great value for Sardinia.

The staff were absolutely brilliant. Every member of staff was professional and friendly. They even helped me learn some Italian. The bar/dining area wasn't very welcoming. Quite sterile which was probably the reason why it was always empty during the evening. The outside area had overgrown plants hanging over the path. Rendering had fallen off the walls. There was dog mess right outside the beach side gate that wasn't cleaned up for two days. The large unused swimming pool is an eyesore.

The staff was kind and helpful, the housekeeping crew was excellent. Rooms are not silent (doors slam) and the breakfast wasn’t great. Airport shuttle was helpful and on time. Overall decent stay for the money.

Horrible. The hotel was not as I expected it to be. Pictures certainly do not match reality. There was dust around vents. No phone to communicate with the front desk in case of an emergency. The shower faucet kept falling on our heads. Water pressure was weak. The hair dryer was not universal. There’s no laundry service unlike described. The beach chairs and umbrellas are also a surcharge BUT not described in the booking. The only great thing about this hotel is the cleaning personnel. On top of that they asked you to paid at front for the whole stay and we needed up leaving the hotel three days before the original date.

Petit-déjeuner buffet très bien. Parking gratuit devant l'hôtel. Les matelas et parasols sur la plage de l'hôtel sont payants 25€.

Vi var väl bemötta av personalen. Stranden är nära och utmärkt vatten kvalitet. Inte långt till centrum. Rekommenderar restaurangen Lanterna några minuter från hotellet. Vi gillade inte buller från näraliggande hotell Gabbiani. Vi gillade inte heller soppor som låg mellan hotellet och stranden, nära strandrestaurangen. Själva hotellet behöver en facelift men är värd priset.
