"We had a perfect stay. The house lies in a quiet environment with a beautiful view over the sea. We loved having breakfast or dinner at the balcony enjoying this view. All rooms have air conditioning. There are two bathrooms and you can use a washing machine. We arrived early and Mario gave us a bathroom, living room, Terras and kitchen to use till we could check in. Very kind. We would definitely recommend this place."

"This gorgeous villa is ideal for family stays. It has four spacious bedrooms complete with en suite bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and living room with a terrace overlooking a stunning view. We particularly appreciated the Gallurese stones adorning the garden and the facade. The nearby village, San Pantaleo is perfect for summery nights out. Even though it’s located in the country side, it’s just a short drive from most of the popular beaches in the area."

"Better then the pictures displayed. Every room had airconditioning. Only the matresses could use a replacement. The community pool was very clean and welk maintained. "

"So the main problem was that the portion of the villa you get is the lower ground level underneath the owner’s private quarters. It felt quite claustrophobic. The other main issue was that the pool is up steep steps to the upper level and is overlooked by the owner. From the photographs on HomeAway you think you are getting a portion of the villa that overlooks the pool/sea. You don’t realise that you will be below stairs with no view. The other unsettling feature is that there are surveillance...
