"We needed a one night stay in Marco Island during an extremely busy tourist time and this was one of only a few places available on the island at a fair cost. The owner and checkin process were great! The location is not prime but for us it was fine. The unit was clean but parts of the interior are quite worn. It is only steps away from the very popular Snook Inn and it has a nice pool in the complex. Overall if I needed a short stay again, I would recommend it!"

"Over all, this was a very clean and beautiful place to stay! The pool was great as well, but does need hand rails for easily getting in and out for all ages! I found it a bit of a challenge with no where to get support!"

"Andrew accommodated us needing an early check in with no issues. We walked in and found the place to be updated and very clean. Plenty of towels and kitchen utensils. It was perfect for our family. We had a great time and would stay again."

"Came in from out of town for a wedding. We arrived early and the owners happily let us into our rooms. The place is brand new and has a washing machine which I needed. The bonus on top of all of this was two bikes that we could ride into town on, less than 2 miles away. Comfortable, clean and quiet what more could you ask for."

"One month prior to our stay, I called the agent for balance due only to find out our rented property was sold without regard to our lease agreement. The replacement property Houzlet found was totally misrepresented on VRBO in that it did not disclose all three of the bedrooms were on the second floor. I use a stair lift in my own home."

"If you like quiet and secluded this is the perfect place for you! Since there wasn’t a welcome book- Deb answered all my questions in timely manner. The restaurant was closed and the washer and dryers were broken - all of which was not Deb’s fault. The listing also had a hot tub and hairdryer which we weren’t present. However the pool and shower were wonderful!"
