  • Welcome to A Place To Be… 🌊 Our much-loved 4 bedroom Goolwa Beach house is made for slow mornings, sandy feet and sunny beach days. Just moments from the beach, settle into a relaxed coastal escape with good coffee, salty air, peaceful sunrises and golden sunsets. Cook, swim, explore, unplug and reconnect with nature, curl up with a book or simply do nothing. Come for the beach, stay for the feeling and make memories together. A place to be calm, relaxed and together. All lien provided including fitted sheets, top sheets, pillows, quilts, bath towels, hand towels, floor mats and flannel. All included with no extra charge. A Place To Be is located across from Deb Long, a talented local artist and friend. We are delighted to feature a selection of Deb’s work at our shack, art inspired by the very landscape you are here to enjoy.

    Fallen in love with a piece during your stay? Any of Deb’s featured artworks are available to purchase. Your holiday could even end with a little piece of the Fleurieu coming home with you!
