"Received a warning about making noise & definitely was not us but the room next door. Falsely accused. We are seniors & just returned from casino shortly after midnight & went straight to bed. We heard the commotion going on next door. Loud talking , doors slamming, out on their balcony caring on. We wish to stay again & have always enjoyed our stay but you have lost our business if the warning doesn't get removed from our file."

"The pictures of the rooms online are very deceiving. It looks like they were from years ago when everything was newer and less used. Shocking to see the actual room after check-in. There is so much potential for this place if they just put a little bit of money into it. The room was spacious and had a lot of amenities (hot plate, full size fridge and freezer, microwave, working tv and good internet that also allowed you to connect to Prime Video and Netflix without hassle and played everything without buffering). However thats the only positives. Everything was dirty. It looked as if the room wasnt cleaned at all. Crumbs on the counters and beds. Random scotch tape all over the walls? The carpets appear to be from 40 years ago and they are so stained everywhere and so run down I didn't want to take my shoes off. I always check the bed and sheets and there were brown stains all over them. I slept on top of the comforter in my clothes without a pillow fearful of what I may catch. Heavy wear and tear on all the doors, furniture and carpets. The bathroom was falling apart. Furniture is extremely outdated - I didnt even attempt to sit on the couch. Fridge was absolutely disgusting inside. I left my food and drinks in shopping bags so they wouldnt touch anything. It wasn't noisy outside or overnight, but the floors and walls between the rooms is poorly insulated and you can hear the people below/beside you move, turn the shower on, turn the tv on, etc."

"Negatives: Internet connection said good but you couldn't watch more then 1 minute of any show without it buffering and continuosuly disconnecting and needing reconnecting to the internet. My boyfriend had to use the hot spot on his phone so we could watch something. I was fine with the parking fee as it was clearly stated ahead of time. What I find decieving is they say a mini fridge is "available upon request". So after arriving and calling to request one, they then inform me its an additional $10/night. I would suggest the wording gets changed to "available upon request for an extra fee" so there is no confusion. But I do think its pretty cheap to not supply them in the rooms in this day and age. I stay at nice hotels and cheal motels across Ontario, and depending on my type of visits, even the smallest most basic rooms have still had fridges and microwaves in them. Hairdryer did not work. We were put in a corner room beside the housekeeping closet and in the morning the housekeepers stood outside talking and were generally loud and kept waking us up. It is a pet friendly motel. I was aware before booking it. But that should not mean that dogs can just sit in a room barking all night long. Positives: The heater in the room was exceptional. There was lots of hot water. I like the Dove shampoo and conditioner they supply in the big bottles. The jacuzzi tub got very hot, even though it fills very slowly, the jets worked well and it retained heat for over an hour."

"Wasn’t in the room much besides to sleep, the view was great, $50 a night for parking wasn’t expected but it is what it is They could do with some updating of the bathroom tub/jacuzzi or find a better way to clean it, around the rims didn’t look great, didn’t bother trying it out, overall, for someone who used the place just to sleep and see the pretty view, great, They offer coffee tea, small instant complimentary things but no real hot breakfast. Staff was very polite, extremely friendly can’t say anything bad about that, they were wonderful "
