"My wife and I enjoyed our stay here! The room is basic but equipped with all the essentials (private entrance, private bathroom, kitchen sink, and fridge). It’s perfect for use as a home base while spending your days out and about. It is very close to a bus stop, about a 4 min walk, which gives easy connection to the rest of the city. The family is very quiet and we were not disturbed at all during our stay. "

"This was a great townhouse that worked well for our family of four (mom and three “kids” 16, 19, 22). Spacious with a well-equipped kitchen, three comfortable bedrooms, cute decor. We did have some issues with scalding shower water in the master bath and the clothes dryer not actually drying effectively, but the agency was very responsive so I expect those would be addressed for the next renters (I told them at departure). It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Quality bed linens, nice bathroom facilities and a well stocked kitchen. "This was our second stay at this property and it was just as good as the first. Just 30 mins drive from Edinburgh, and 10 mins from the Pentland Hills it's perfect for both a city and country break. Extremely dog friendly too with plenty of space to run around outside. All communication was clear and timely, and we were greeted with a bottle of wine, lovely note and flowers. We will certainly try and return for a third stay in future."

"All was great. This is a working stable with horses and those many that have to care for horses, plus at least one friendly dog. You felt welcomed and that was appreciated. "A lovely property inside. Plenty of room for all the family. We stayed whilst attending the Edinburgh Fringe and tattoo so the price was higher than normal. The bus stop was about 10 mins walk and a half hour bus ride into the centre of Edinburgh. We were a bit disappointed to be charged an extra £25 to check in 2 hours early on top of the price we paid.
