"It was terrible. The air-conditioning was broken, only scolding hot water in shower, loud neighbors kept screaming until 03.00, smoking not aloud but the neighbors smoked in our windows. Tacky hotel, worndown. Would not recommend to my worst enemy "

"Great stay at this hotel, we checked in early with the lovely receptionist. Super friendly staff and helpful. The rooms are nice. We did have a problem with the first room as the fridge and tv didn’t work but they moved us super fast. Breakfast was nice, you can make fresh orange juice, they have pastries/cereals etc. Overall a great stay and would come again. "

"This hotel is slightly out of the centre but would now be my first choice when visiting Treviso. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We arrived too early to actually check in but they made sure drinks and snacks were available while we waited. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and although reception can control room aircon, they were more than happy to lower the temperature to a refreshing 19c (B&B Treviso take note). The breakfast was great with a wide selection of food and drinks. It’s a shame we didn’t have our swimming costumes with us as we would have taken advantage of this facility "
