"No email communication prior to check in regarding check in. After emailing, then calling with no answer, then standing outside looking for entrance, heard a voice over a speaker asking for a call back so he could inform me of our room. Once I established communication via phone, host was readily available for any questions but having check in information prior to driving to accommodation is definitely preferred.
