The only few recommendations: More choice at breakfast, for the 5 days we were there it was pretty standard and unchanged. The spa area was very quiet and often guests don’t know about it, so just allowing all guests who have paid a lot to have a free hour booked in? Overall, brilliant experience in Milan and Lake Como! "The hotel is very nice. Parking is very accessible and it’s near the highway. There’s a very good pizzeria across the street and a supermarket about 2’ away. If you’re using the pool you have to bring your swimming cap and your slippers. A few things surprised me though: they do not have hair conditioner and when I ask Reception they never called me back or send me anything. Also there’s no water dispenser at the gym. Other than that, the hotel is very clean and nice."
