"We loved the availability of different types of water for free: flat and sparkling. We did not like the empty honey bottle 2 days in a row in the breakfast buffet. The availability of a plug for US type for our shaver would have been nice as well."

"A good breakfast spread , yes , in room cleaning was and is very poor , when I checked in I saw a cigarette box plus some empty packages of the previous renter … dosent say 5 star does it .., otherwise the hotel is superbly located and you have everything from eateries to high end shopping all around the corner … staff some are the smiling type and , some just do their job in a rather mechanical way .. I would rate the hotel very highly for its location and for its breakfast spread "

"We had a good time staying in this hotel. Location is close and walkable to the tourist spots. The room is spacious and clean, bed is very comfortable. Staff are very helpful, we arrive early and they check us in with the room upgrade. We will be staying in this hotel when we visit Sofia, Bulgaria again someday. Highly recommended.
