"1) they are NOT of any HI international standard. The Staff had check in, spoke no English and over charged us! There is no shared kitchen or even a microwave to warm up a meal. We are paying to sleep, and if you cannot sleep, then what is the point of paying being at a place???There were a rowdy bunch of 100 + boys! The staff, had no curfew to shut them up. there were so noisy and everyone screamed and shouted to each other and ran ruckus in the corridors of the buildings - from 7pm till 3pm.....

"You cannot compare hostels run by the Israel Youth Hostels Association in Israel to general hostels. Private rooms with space for large families, clean dining facilities, etc. Really, the experience is a great one, especially when you're doing various roadtrips and hikes around the country. "The location was ideally located right off the main highway and away from the tight downtown road. The place is clean and modern and all of us liked it. The guy at the counter is nice and very helpful. Breakfast was ok but could be better. The hotel has a deal with the gym at the mall and it worked out great for us. I recommend it. There is parking on the facility but there are a few steps that you would have to go through to set it up but once set up it’s seem less. The staff will let you know if you ask. The shower was awesome with lots of room!"

"Mixed review here. The pros - spectacular hotel grounds, beautiful design, peaceful setting, amazing view. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure guests were happy. Breakfast was good. Pool is beautiful. The kids club is great and was a favorite for young ones. The cons - rooms are very basic. Nothing special about them. We chose the Iris room because we were told that it’s the largest. The room is indeed huge, but very poorly designed. Moreover, it’s a safe room, which means a tiny window for a huge room. Felt claustrophobic at best. We paid up "
