"Excellent location just a short stroll from the beach. Spacious, everything as described. TV room, hot tub, bedrooms, games, books… all really great. Once we had the check in instructions it was all really smooth. The only glitch was there was no communication on the run up to the stay, and no check-in details on the app. Vrbo chased it up but it was a bit last minute and that made me really nervous. "The house had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The house is well placed. Penryn has plenty to offer and access to Falmouth is quick and easy. Parking can be difficult although it is on a quiet road so stopping to unload bags/shopping at the door is possible. There is no outside space, which for us would have been a downside of we had been staying for longer."
