The Studio is immaculately maintained and comfortable - you can feel the owners’ love and effort put into maintaining it, which is so rare to come by these days. "Wonderful location next to watergate Bay Hotel. Great sized living room for a two bed flat, 2 toilets and big kitchen helped for our family of 5 plus dog! Whilst was clean, it was very short of contents. There were a few unmatched plates and cups, no scourer or brush for cleaning and general lack of kitchen utensils. Looks like was decorated last in 1973. If they painted white and added some colourful pillows and a bigger television they could charge twice the price!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Keith's property in Millendreath. On check in on Friday we were really impressed with the location and quality. Keith checked in with us (he was there on holiday too) and ensured everything was perfect. We used the property as a base and was out throughout the days in Truro, Eden Project and Newquay and it was lovely to come back to. Beach is 2 mins walk and the beach shack was great to eat and drink at."

So conveniently located for all the main attractions and only a stones throw from the beaches on both sides of Cornwall. "The villa was immaculate and had everything you could need. Our stay was over Christmas and a Christmas tree had been put up for our stay. All bedrooms were beautifully laid out and the whole property felt very comfortable.
