- Pool is located a few yards away from the house in a separate gated area adjacent to the tennis court. It is open beginning of May through September, weather permitting.

Stocked with pots, pans, 4 ovens including a state of the art Bosch microwave/speed oven, Subzero refrigerator, cookbooks, Jenn-Air gas cooking range and more.

Eat in kitchen seating for 5-7 people for those quick meals.

High chair and children’s plate and utensils also provided.

Large 14 person dining table in our expansive dining room, plus an optional adjacent entry table that can be used to sit an additional 5-6 people.

Located off the kitchen, this bedroom with a ceiling fan and black out curtains has a twin bed for those wanting easy access to the 1st floor.

Laundry Room -
2 new Samsung washers and 2 new Samsung dryers complement a separate sink basin.

A place to hang coats, leave scarves, gloves or shoes.

Small door leads to a cone-shaped room with a painted sky mural

All 3 floors will be accessible.
Saltwater Pool is open from late May through September, weather permitting.
Tennis court with Pickle Ball lines is open year round.

Inaccessible Areas:
(1) Basement, (2) 3 owners’ closets on the 3rd floor (3) 6 Fireplaces (4) Pool house (5) Garage

We are local hosts and have a handyman nearby. We also have a local cleaning crew.

For the safety of our guests, the use of any of our fireplaces is not permitted.

* Guest is required to sign a Rental & Waiver Agreement before property access is provided.

Additional House Rules:
* No pets
* Security deposit required of $500. Deposit to be processed by host on guest credit card
* Minimum age of renter is 25 years old
* No parties
* No fireworks
* To protect our carpet and floors, we ask for no shoes beyond the mud room
* No littering in outdoor areas; please place all trash in trash receptacles provided
* No smoking
* If AC is on, please close all windows
* The use of fireplaces is not allowed for safety reasons
* We are in the country so there are bugs, please ensure doors are closed at all times to avoid them entering the house

Pool Rules:
* No walking, running or jumping off rocks in pool area
* No diving
* No running in pool area
* No glass in pool area. Please use non-glass tableware and cups provided.
* Pool gates must be closed at all times
* Children are not to be left unattended in pool area
* No touching or adjusting of pool mechanicals and its settings

Tennis Courts:
* No wheeled items (skateboards, luggage, bikes, ride-alongs, strollers, roller blades, etc.) allowed on tennis courts.
* No high-heels in tennis courts.
