"Staff are really friendly and helpful. Room 2 is very near the loading area for drink delivery and we were awoken at 7.15am with the noise of barrels being rolled and offloaded. Not great. Room also very warm as the towel rad was left on full blast, seems a waste of energy and money? Food very good and service very efficient. "

"The property is very well equipped, clean and tidy . Good shower plenty of hot water and heating. The main drawback for us personally was the very hard mattress in the main bedroom, the second double bedroom mattress was similar .The location is good for seeing Holy Island and also the Scottish borders but the A1 is a very busy road and was quite noisy. Northumberland is a beautiful county and well worth a visit. "

"Had a temporary problem with the heating and unable to get a response from the agency, hence the good not excellent for comfort and equipment. However the owner was straight on to it and had a plumber/engineer visit to resolve it the next day. Cannot fault the owner; she kept me updated throughout. The cottage is lovely, the log burner was essential, and great to come back to after a day out walking. Well equipped, although we mostly ate out, it had all that was necessary to cook a full meal I've required. Great views over to the coast."

"As a three generation group of 9 we all had a fantastic holiday in this house. There was loads of room for children to play, a dog friendly garden and a very well equipped Kitchen. The hot tub was an added bonus which was used by all.There was plenty to keep children occupied between Berwick and Bamburugh, lovely sandy beaches, great children’s pottery and excellent leisure centre in Berwick."
