"This was a lot of fun. Wish we had stayed the two nights as intended. The food was good but my only negative is the buffet was not amazing. The food in Japan is so incredible. My kids loved the water pair, the onsen was lovely and they were very helpful"

"Excellent location!! Super close to Gora station, which is where the Hakone railway ends and The Hakone Loop starts. Multiple bus stops near and food options as well. Property had everything you could want. Public/private onsen, big breakfast buffet selection, and tons of space to hang out and relax. Free snacks and beer every evening as well. Recommend"

"We enjoyed our 1 night stay here. It was at first difficult to locate the lobby but we found it was inside a mall on the 2nd floor. Our check in and check out was seamless. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, they had a lot of different options."

"you use QR code instead of key card to enter the room. our floor has ice and water machine in front of our room. the kitchen has everything you need. too bad the weather was not nice and we couldn't see Mount Fuji."
