Stayed for 2 night in the family size room. Recommend to get that size for even for two people. Split level room. The rooms are bit small and bathroom is tiny but it’s doable. Free parking and free breakfast was a plus. Not many restaurants in the area. It’s about 15 min driving to the city. View of the harbor it nice and peaceful. I would rent a car to stay in the area.

It was a nice family room. It was probably recently renovated. Unfortunately it had very bad ventilation, so in the summer you could hardly stand to sit in the sitting area by the tv. You couldn’t open 2 windows to get a cross breeze. Other than that everything was nice except the forgot to clean the bit of floor behind the shower door. They probably open the shower door to mop and forget to clean behind the door. Breakfast was perfectly adequate. I would have liked to see the cheese and meat and butter etc. on something to keep them cold in the summer months. If they change them often this may not be an issue, but for guests peace of mind it’s a good idea to be obvious about how you keep the food cold and fresh.

Ich war für 2 Nächte dort. Bei Ankunft wurde mir mitgeteilt, das Zimmer ist noch nicht fertig, es müsse noch saubergemacht werden. Ok kann passieren habe dann gewartet. Das Zimmer war im Haupthaus im Dachgeschoss, es war etwas dunkel, da das Fenster nicht sehr groß war. Auf den 1. Blick war es sauber. Das Zimmer war nicht gesaugt, das Bad nicht gewischt. Eine gründlichere Reinigung wäre nötig. Auch im Frühstücksraum Fliesen und Auslegware fleckig. Die Lage des Hotels ist schön. Parkkosten werden auch übernommen.

Rörig incheckning och vid frukosten, annars bra

Jag har bott på Dockyard flera gånger men denna gången var det rörigt. Mycket folk pga AC/DC konserten på måndagen. Vi anlände på söndagen, och kunde inte checka in förrän 16.00 då vårt rum inte var klart (en timme efter incheckningstid) Den timmen gjorde så vi fick stressa för att hinna med våra planer för eftermiddagen/kvällen. Frukosten var också rörig, både på måndagen och tisdagen. Den vänliga och hjälpsamma personalen fick fara runt med att hämta tallrikar, bestick, muggar, kaffe, ägg mm som tog slut. Kändes som att personalen var för få till så mycket folk som bodde på hotellet. Jag har bott där vid andra stora konserter med, men då har det inte varit så här. Frukosten var god, och det är toppen med gratis parkering. Är en bit att gå till spårvagnen vid Vagnhallen Majorna, men går man längs med vattnet vid Älvsborgsbron är det en fin sträcka. En väldigt trevlig pub Pelles Porter ligger längs den sträckan med.

Har haft 3 dags ophold her på hotellet.. Og jeg er ikke just imponeret. - Første aften spurgte vi om der var mulighed for at spise på hotellet - Det blev vi lovet, faktisk var der to retter at vælge mellem. Men da vi kom et par timer senere, så var der ligepludselig ingen mulighed for aftensmad.. ærgelig service.. - værelset som vi boede på, var ikke just rent. - sengende er meget bløde og ustabile - køleskabet virkede ikke - morgen maden var ikke just kulinarisk, faktisk var det bare noget der skulle overstås. - generelt meget ustruktureret personale, der mangler VIRKELIG en voksen. - buffeten og udenoms arealerne var generelt meget nusset og beskidte.. Ærgerligt - Plads til forbedring

Incheckning: ensam jättetrevlig tjej i receptionen men var kaos. 1 1/2h drygt fick vi vänta på att vårat rum skulle bli städat (efter inchecknings tiden) Lång väntan och inte ok med tanke på pris. Rum: rymligt, nyrenoverat? & trevligt men smutsigt badrum och rummet slarvigt städat. Frukost: god, fräsch & rikligt utbud Hotellet låg fint vid vattnet. Trevlig personal. Fanns några trevliga restauranger inom promenad avstånd.

Vi bodde två nätter. Rummet var inte städat mm dag två. ”Hotellchefen” hävdade att info getts om att man måste beställa städning mm och att detta meddelas på rummet . Vi såg ingen sån info och på Hotels hemsida finns heller ingen sådan info . Mycket dåligt! Incheckningen tog ca 25 minuter och hon i receptionen samtalade så lågt att man inte hörde. Tveksamt om fler besök, Thon har gjort ett bra hotell mycket sämre.

Rummet var dammigt och kändes ofräscht. Duschens fogar helt bruna. Vid skrivbordet fanns gamla stänk och i minikylskåpet fanns fläckar och hårstrån. Dags för storstäd helt enkelt. Synd för läget är perfekt om man inte vill bo inne i stan.
