Friendly staff, but rooms need some renovating.

Nice stay and the staff are friendly as always. The room was spacious, but there is some work needed to be done in general. The shower head was mouldy and needs to be replaced. Overall, it was a good stay.

Very close to the station and city centre. The room was well equipped and comfortable, and spacious for a single room, with the bed being larger than a standard single. Staff were friendly and check-in was straightforward. The included dinner (6-9pm) was tasty and breakfast was great with a wide selection of options.

Comfortable stay for our family

We were very comfortable in our family room with a queen bed and a set of bunk beds for our teenagers. The breakfasts were amazing and the evening meal was much appreciated and very good also. We did not use the fitness room or sauna but the fitness room looked very well equipped as well. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Breakfast and evening meals were very good. The location of hotel is good as well and close to all transport. The roof terrace just now is closed for renovations but this wasn't an inconvience. No hesitation of staying here next time in gothenburg. The room is large, we didn't cook as no need but fridge and freezer is useful.

Good location, Friendly staff! Car parking have to be done with specific APP, which is not very convenient if you do not live in Sweden. Also access to the parking area was not so easy, gate can't be opened without the APP.. better to park somewhere else.

STAY AWAY!

Very old hotel, it has been told it is renovated but the rooms are very old and dirty. Only one bathroom for guests in the main area, it was very dirty, small and old. Very small dining erea for the amount of people staying in the hotel. Dinner is supposed to be between 18-21:00. When we came at 20:30 there was very little food left. There was no information about the ingridents of the food so for pepople of allergies this is very hard. At the end of our stay we had to pay 20€ extra for a baby crib.

Top zentrale Lage, allerdings hat man in unserem Zimmer den Zugverkehr gehört. Großzügige Zimmergröße, aber ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Preis-Leistung super, etstklassiges Frühstück. Abendessen erinnert an Kindermenü, mehrere Tage hintereinander Erbsen und Kartoffeln und immer die gleichen vier Salate.
