Lovely, clean rooms with comfortable beds. Location is amazing, it is a charming building in the heart of old town and easy walk to everything. Great breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. Rooms facing the street can be noisy on Friday and Saturday night but ok with windows closed. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel is in a great location for walking to many sights. It has a wonderful breakfast included in the price. The room was a bit small, but it was nice and clean with a modern bathroom. There are many nice public areas for sitting both inside and out. The seagulls are a bit noisy, so bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise. Otherwise, the hotel is nice and quiet.

The hotel is fine, nice breakfast. The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful - she couldn’t have gone to any more effort to make our short visit to Gothenburg more enjoyable, so thank you to her.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff was very accommodating when we requested to change our room due to the curving stairs to the 3rd level (no elevator). The breakfast was delicious every morning and there were shops throughout the area. I would definitely stay there again.

Reasonably priced hotel in the centre of Gothenburg. Within 10mins walk of the main rail station. The room was a decent size, with a good sized bathroom, and was clean. The beds were a little soft for our liking. We looked high and low for a kettle (Expedia listing stated there should be one), but we couldn't find it (not that it really mattered to us). The shower had an excellent pressure, although the cubicle was on the small side. There was adequate space for our 2 toiletry bags. Breakfast was good. A small selection of hot items (scrambled eggs, pancakes), plenty of cooked meats, cheeses and salad, croissants (excellent), jams, yogurts, seeds, overnight oats and some prepared fruit. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, supermarkets within a few minutes walk, as well as numerous tram stops. The area was generally quiet at night, except our last night was a Friday, which wasn't that quiet....also, around 5.30/6am the bins are collected, which can be quite noisy, especially if glass bottles are being dumped in to the waste lorry! The staff were all polite and friendly. Would recommend for a short stay.

I couldn't make my check in because I did not receive the code in my phone or mail. If it wasn't that other people were doing their check in at the same time, went to their room, came down with the password for internet and then being able to connect to my laptop and recheck my inbox (where the code had arrived) I don't know what would have I ve done since the number provided to call was not picked up earlier. However, in Expedia clearly said there was people at the reception. Never saw a human being. Not at arrival. Not at check out. What if ones need something? If there is no hot water or electricity or something? Who you talk to? Said that, the hotel itself, the room, the beds etc were excellent.
