We loved this hotel best so far on our 22 day trip around Sweden. Breakfast was awesome, coffee anytime of the day in the lobby and GREAT help at the front desk to show us what to see downtown and how to use the water taxis! Highly recommend!

beautiful location by the river

Very good hotel, which is located fantastically nicely by the river. Unfortunately the air conditioning in the whole hotell did not work, so it was very hot. And the toilet looked a bit worn (see picture) Otherwise, absolutely excellent and very good breakfast.

Stay away if you want a nice holiday

"Low Quality Hotel 11" should be the name. Choose somewhere else to stay. Rooms are dirty. I had an old sushi left in the room by some previous guest, with 29 degrees outside and a broken AC and windows that wont open the room was really nasty.and smell of fish. Minibar broken. Staff did not give us any other room. lobby was dirty, lots of old food left everywhere. empty pizza boxes and bottles..place was full of young adults having a party until late night. No staff in reception. Securtity guards had to be called. No one answering at front desk. No fans to borrow even though AC was broken. Small pillows and small beds (not std double beds). Many guest complaning.

Das Hotel hat eine ruhige Lage und liegt in der Nähe der Ablegestelle der Fähre. Fußläufig sind verschiedene Restaurants zu erreichen. Das Hotel stammt vermutlich aus den 70er bzw. 80er Jahren, ist groß und hat großzügige Zimmer. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass um in die Stadtmitte zu kommen, entweder die Fähre (am besten mit einem Tagespass) oder das Auto zu nehmen ist.

Staff at the hotel were pleasant to deal with. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the basic comforts plus a large balcony. There is a bus that connects you to the city centre and a connect tram gets you to Haga. An uber is also a convenient option! Outside the hotel there is a grocery store but since our room didn't have a kitchenette it was of limited use. I would advise hiring a car for longer stays. Thanks for having us!

Inte jätte välstädat på rummet, vi var 3 nätter, ingen som tömde sopor el fyllde på papper etc. Man kanske måste säga till.ingen kyl. Men frukosten var toppen & i det stora hela, helt ok. Det som var mindre bra var att vår bil blev uppsågad & tömd. Trots att vi parkerade nära entren ( men inte hotellets fel - dom varnar även för det)

Dårlig søvn pga mangel på ventilasjon og luft

Hotellet var fint det og frokosten super, men det fantes ikke luft på rommet og var umulig å få sove. Aircon virket ikke- det gikk ikke å åpne vinduene på rommet.

Det va en bra resa generelt. Minikyl saknades i rummet. Samt att när andra duschade i sina rum så tjöt det i rören och väckte oss. Restaurangen va fin och mysig. Sängen va skön.

Bra läge, sköna sängar, trevlig lounge och finfin frukost, men slitet och trångt familjerum. Galet varmt på sommaren, ingen AC på rummen. Tur vi hade egen fläkt med oss!

Veldig fornøyd med hotellet generelt! Rene rom, mange fasiliteter, hyggelig personale. Definitivt et sted jeg kommer til å utnytte. Spesielt greit når det er nærme sentrum og lett å komme seg fram/tilbake!! Tips til dere som kommer med bil; var 2 forskjellige parkeringer (utenom de foran hotellet/den som tilhører hotellet) som koster 90 SEK døgnet. Kun 1-2 min å gå til hotellet! Da vi kom var hotellets parkering fult dessverre, men det var like greit da de andre parkeringene ca hadde samme avstand og var halvparten så billig :)
