Spacious and comfortable family room, kept clean and well maintained. The bathroom door frame could do with a bit new paint. Super friendly and helpful staff. A little welcome gift for the kids and great kids corner, small cinema and playroom. Nice location, ferry terminal to the center right around the corner. Really recommend this hotel!

The staff at Quality Hotel 11 were excellent; friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their service was the highlight of my stay. Unfortunately, the property itself feels dated and could benefit from renovations and better upkeep. While the team does a great job, the hotel facilities do not quite match the level of service provided by the staff.

The staff at Quality Hotel 11 are wonderful - warm, welcoming, friendly and very helpful. I had a wonderful weekend there, and definitely plan to go back. The hotel is beautifully designed, the breakfasts are fantastic, and I would highly recommend a stay there - particularly if you're going to an event at Eriksbergshallen!
