"The staff person was quick in responding my booking. Unfortunately the surrounding areas were obstructed by heavy snow causing dangerous conditions to walk to my room or the guest services. Also a light outside was on causing difficulty to sleep. Those issues could be easily solved if anyone pays attention to them. Good thing about the room is heating and hot water. That’s is a 10 out of 10. The bed was uncomfortable to sleep and that also could be fixed. "

"I have to say this was the most disgusting property I have stayed at in some time. Since there were no other rooms available to stay for over an hour away from Peach Fest, we were compelled to stay in this filthy, squalid, unkempt, falling apart property. Cigarette burns in the bedclothes. Molding separating from walls, broken safe, broken falling to pieces furniture, and no maid service after four nights made this property one of the worst I have ever stayed at. A true zero-star hotel."

"Well, there was no stay because when I arrived, there was absolutely no cars in the parking lot so I went to the office and the door was locked and there was a big sign on the door that said, condemned, not fit for human occupancy"

We had expected the lower rate to mean a small room without much comfort, but found the friendliness of the staff to go above and beyond what one would receive at ANY rated hotel. "Booked a few nights at earls cabin to break up a long drive home. Had a very easy check in while arriving late and great communication from Earl. Cabin had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Right on the river with a beautiful view. There is a house next door very close to the cabin the neighbors were very nice but when sitting on the back porch / back yard they were very close so if your looking to be totally secluded its not but again neighbors were great and rive was beautiful. "Everything you needed was there - we didn't get the linen package (thought $230 for a weekend was a bit much, but understand why), so we brought our own. There was plenty of games, pool table was decent to enjoy (some are very cheap) layout was great. Only complaint, not everyone was able to get a "hot" shower, but with every shower running, understandable that the hot water would run out.
