"Disappointing Stay – Not as Advertised We recently stayed overnight at Serenity on the Terrace in Mandurah and were very disappointed. Unfortunately, the property looks nothing like the photos advertised online. It is extremely outdated and in poor condition. There were patches of paint all over the walls, ripped curtains, and the couch was dirty and smelt strongly of mould, which made the place feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. "The room was clean and spacious with a lovely view of the sea. The pool was nice and not too busy. The kitchen had everything we needed, we had a great couple of days."

"A great place to stay, clean bedding and amenities. A small sheltered beach right outside which is great for the children, even little ones. Easy access to lots of eating places and tourist train ride and dolphin viewing cruises. Compared to other apartments this has to be one that is value for money. The staff are very friendly. Free underground parking for each unit is provided which is a great plus!"
