"During the booking of this hotel I had no troubles or encountered any inconveniences, however, upon calling a day before my flight to make sure everything was set and filed for my check-in I noticed that they do not speak any of the languages they outline on the Expedia App. I did not think much of it at first but I did find it strange since it can be considered as false advertising. I also didn’t enjoy having too many ants around my room or the fact that there is no specific schedule for cleaning, they just ring the bell at any given time of day. The bell ring can also make anyone have a heart attack. I’ve been to 3 star hotels in other countries but this “4 star” hotel just did not meet my expectations, it lowered it. "

"There is no parking around the property—only street parking. When we got there we were told that the elevator was broken and we were not offered any help with our bags—I have lung issues from Covid so hauling a suitcase up 5 flights was not great. There were minimal lights on the stairs so that was a safety issue also. When we got to our room it was between 85-90 degrees because the air conditioning had not been turned on prior to our arrival and the window in the room was just cracked open, so it was unbearable to sleep in. The bathroom window never shut no matter what we did. The bathroom sink had brown water in it. We were thankful we only were staying one night. "
