"Our favourite place to stay in Victoria. Great rooms, robes, slippers, cookies and comfy beds. Location downtown is perfect for walking and right next to the 10 Acres restaurant. Highly recommended."

"Incredible location. Massive apartment style room. Very comfortable bed and couch. We were visiting our son and loved having the living room and dining area"

"Excellent place to stay when visiting Victoria. Quiet and safe neighbourhood near the harbour and downtown. Walkable to The Empress, BC Parliament buildings and Beacon Hill Park. Great food in their restaurant and pub. The front desk staff, in particular Hedy, were exceptional. Definitely will be staying here when we visit Victoria again."

"Hotel was clean and staff friendly however bar keep was not…be careful when having a top shelf martini, my Red Breast old fashioned was $63!!"

"Such a wonderful place - amazing staff, absolutely delicious breakfast on lovely china, beautiful Victorian decor and architecture yet no dust anywhere. We enjoyed shopping and dining in this Oak Bay area with the ocean beaches and a great seawall walk to Beacon Hill Park nearby."

"Everything is perfect whenever I visit here"

"This hotel was beautiful. The room was very clean. We had a balcony off of the room. It is right on the water and all the views are great. We had a harbor view with a view of the city skyline at night. So much to do around the area you could just walk to each place. It was a great trip. I highly recommend this hotel and their location."

"Fitness Centre the only knock but otherwise sets the bar."

"Quiet peaceful, clean and absolutely best service!"

"It was a great place to stay."

"Parking was basically attached to the hotel, cost of $20. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops around. Short walk to the Royal Theatre."

"Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and I even got a rubber duck in my bathroom. Lol had a great stay."

"Great location for walking around downtown Victoria. Nicely appointed interior and very quiet rooms. Good value overall"

"Excellent staff at the front desk, bell desk, and housekeeping. Spluge for a view of the inner harbour. Not ideal for those needing a business space, desk, etc."
