Picture this... Far from the hustle and bustle of the city, nestled in the heart of a charming hamlet, our 3-star Gîtes de France-rated gîte welcomes you for an idyllic getaway. Immerse yourself in the calm of the countryside and enjoy a peaceful and revitalizing setting.
A spacious and comfortable cottage for unforgettable moments
Our 120 m² cottage, housed in a fully renovated former farm building, offers all the modern comforts you need for an unforgettable stay. Enjoy its sunny terrace, garden furniture, and barbecue for moments of conviviality with family or friends. Children will have endless fun in the enclosed, tree-lined garden, equipped with a climbing frame.
Ground floor: large living room (TV, Hi-Fi), landing room with sofa bed for 2 people, fitted kitchen (microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher), shower room with walk-in shower, separate WC.
1st floor: 1 large bedroom (1 bed 160 cm and 1 extra bed 80 cm)

Relaxing place to unwind and recharge one’s batteries.
This Gite is outstanding. We were greeted by the owners upon our arrival and they showed us everything about the Gite, including how to operate the range oven, dishwasher and log burner. We where also provided with homemade lemon madeleines and a bottle of fizz. The location is just perfect with the owners on site. A 30 minute walk into the village of Gracay where you will find restaurants, Tabacs, bars, a butchers, delicatessen, patisserie and an antique shop. We slept like logs in the comfortable bed and spent evenings watching films whilst sipping local wines. We cannot wait to return to this beautiful part of France. The Gite is impeccable with stunning scenery.

Un bel endroit paisible au cœur du Berry
Les propriétaires sont adorables et à l’écoute. Le logement est confortable et très bien équipé avec un très bel espace jardin entièrement clôturé. Notre chien était ravi lui aussi . L’endroit est très calme et paisible et la nature nous environne..Au milieu des sites de visites .

Refuge à la campagne
Nous avons trouvé repos et tranquillité dans une ancienne ferme très bien aménagée. De là nous avons pu rayonner dans la campagne solognote, en vallée de Loire avec tous les châteaux. Que de jolis souvenirs.

Très bel endroit et espace extérieur très agréable. La petite maison est superbement équipée, rien ne manque, les propriétaires sont adorables, à l’écoute et très accueillants. Je recommande fortement. Et nous y reviendrons sûrement.

Semaine à Graçay
Cette semaine passée à Graçay fut très agréable. La maison est équipé de tout le nécessaire et le quartier est très calme. Le jardin est aussi parfait et très grand, notre chien l'a adoré. La description de la maison correspond.
Le petit point négatif : la plupart des endroits à visiter sont à une heure de route (environ).
Nous avons passé une super semaine qui nous a permis de nous déconnecter complètement. Merci à Nicole et son mari pour leur accueil.

Formidable!
Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique à Huis Kanton Graçay.
La maison est joliment décorée et entièrement équipée.
Une belle cour arrière avec des vues idem où vous pourrez profiter sans fin du soleil et des environs.
Nous avons adoré et c’était dommage que nous ayons finalement dû quitter la maison après un merveilleux séjour d’une semaine.
Pour nous, cet endroit est de loin numéro un.
De plus, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et très détendus dans leurs relations.
Un super séjour si vous aimez la paix, la nature et tout le confort d’un séjour.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gite très calme et très confortable. Merci à nos hôtes de leur accueil, tout était parfait. Les balades en vélo et à pied peuvent s'effectuer au départ du gite.
