"Breakfast is wonderful. The location is convenient. Anabel is very sweet and helpful. The only bug is the laundry facility. There’s only one washer and dryer. They’re locked inside a cross street locked building. And they don’t provide tooth brushes and slippers. Not even shampoo and conditioner. It’s a nice place to stay."

"We had an excellent 4 night stay in the panorama suite (room #24). The room was exceptionally clean and the view is a Swiss Matterhorn dream - phenomenal. Pano suite was perfect for 2 adults and one teen. Infinity pool and outdoor sauna were our favorite amenities, wish they were open past 8pm. The indoor whirlpools (a chilly 30c/86f) are open until 9:00 but way too cold to be relaxing. We had dinner one night in the bar and enjoyed our meal. We did not try the restaurant. Thought it was a bit too pricey for what was offered. The staff was helpful and friendly - particularly the front desk, breakfast staff, and Anya, the concierge. Breakfast was delicious with an impressive spread that included make-your-own fresh pressed veggie juice and orange juice. We were sad to leave this property. Highly recommended."

"This was a lovely old hotel with pool/spa privileges at the property next door. We were upgraded to a large suite. It didn’t have air conditioning, but we were cool enough in the summer- even during a heatwave. The breakfast included was great! Lots of variety. It was also very centrally located to the activities in town. I’d recommend."

"We had a great stay at Hotel Continental Zermatt. The hotel allowed an early check‑in at around 10:30, which was incredibly convenient after arriving in town. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the train station and close to the main streets, making it easy to explore Zermatt without needing transport. The room was spacious for a couple and came with a lovely balcony. We were lucky to have a clear view of the Matterhorn right from our room, which made the stay even more memorable. Breakfast was decent with enough variety to start the day well. The hotel also provides a luggage storage facility, which allowed us to check out and still explore Zermatt freely without carrying our bags. Overall, the staff were friendly, the room was clean, and considering the location and amenities, the stay offered great value for money. A solid choice for travellers looking for comfort, convenience, and beautiful views."
