In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Stepped path (20 steps) to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces, extra) at the house, public parking 400 m. Die Kontaktaufnahme war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr über die gut ausgestattete Küche gefreut. Auch die Nähe zur Gondelstation ist super.

El apartamento genial, cuenta con todo tipo de utensilios, y una vistas excepcionales. Ubicación ideal.
Unsere Ferienwohnung war im 4. Stock - wir hatten einen Balkon mit herrlichem Ausblick auf die Berge - besonders auf Weissenhorn. Wir waren 3 Tage dort und haben sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man braucht - Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Spülmaschine, Fernseher, WiFi, Nespressomaschine, Toaster, etc. Sogar einen Aufzug im Treppenhaus haben sie. Die Hausverwalterin war sehr zuvorkommend.

Schön gelegene Unterkunft
Das Haus Gentiana steht am Waldrand oberhalb von Grächen und ideal als Ausgangsort für Wanderungen. Auch für Familien mit Kindern liegt es sehr gut, da sich nebenan ein grosser Grill- und Spielplatz mit Klettermöglichkeiten befindet. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, für grosse Personen ist allerdings die Dachschräge im Schlafzimmer etwas problematisch. Das Hausverwalter-Paar ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Studio war geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Schönes Geschirr und viele Küchenutensilien. Das Bad ist schön und geräumig. Das Schlafzimmer ist jedoch ein wenig unhandlich da es in der Dachschräge ist, man muss immer geduckt rumlaufen. Zudem sind die Fester nicht gross verdunkel bar. Wohn und Esszimmer ist Top.

Even klimmen voor een fantastisch uitzicht
Het is een van de hoogst gelegen appartementen in het dorp, maar het uitzicht is dan ook fantastisch. Het appartement zelf is wat gedateerd, maar netjes, ruim, sfeervol en van alle gemakken voorzien. Let wel op dat je je hoofd niet stoot in de slaapkamers, die lopen heel schuin af. Voordeel: je slaapt zonder burengerucht. Speelmogelijkheden voor kinderen en het baantje naar de Hannigalp zijn vlakbij; winkels en postbus 10 minuten lopen.

une location a 5 dans un appartement tres propre bien fourni en terme d'ustensiles, linges. Proximite du centre de Grachen (5mins a la descente et 10 a la montee) Location effectuee en septembre, hors saison avec la mise a disposition d une place de parking gratuite (tres commode)
