"Location is great, right in the city centre, and the hotel itself is fine. Parking can be a bit inconvenient because you need to collect a ticket every time you want to enter.
The biggest issue is the housekeeping. You have to request it in advance, but this is now the second time I requested it and nobody showed up. I even asked twice at reception in person, but the room still wasn’t cleaned and the bed wasn’t made.
The hotel’s AI chatbot is also quite frustrating and mostly gives generic...
"I arrived very late and left early so I cannot judge the breakfast etc, but everything was good and the bed was very comfortable, room was spacious with a with a nice decor. Easy check-in and check-out."
