"We were disappointed with the accommodations. Bedsheets and bath towels were extra (had to make our own beds), we had to go out to buy toilet paper and dish detergent, stove was difficult to make it work, there was too much noise from other guests. "Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung Nr.4 für 12 Personen. Es sollten laut Beschreibung 4 Doppelzimmer in 1. Etage und 1 Vierbettzimmer in 2. Etage sein. Tatsächlich gab es in der 1. Etage nur 3 Zimmer: 1 Doppelbettzimmer und 2 Dreibettzimmer mit Etagenbett. Da auch ältere Rentner dabei waren, war dies ein unmöglicher Zustand!! Das Vierbettzimmer in der 2. Etage existierte nicht. "My brief weekend trip to Maastricht was made even more special by the kindness and efforts of Francine during my stay in her lovely home to ensure that I enjoyed my stay. It is everything and more than the photos and description can indicate. She even loaned me one of her bikes so I could go to an afternoon appointment nearby. "Nice property in general, but older building. Our room curtains were not clean initially and had small spiders in them. Told the front desk and housekeeping came to try clean. But only used a broom, not a vacuum. Could have been better cleaned, especially after complaining. But other than that, all else was good. Location was nice, could walk to the train station. Loved Maastricht!"
