The apartment is located right on the edge. A very quiet location.
Terrace and lawn with deck chairs are available.
A small fish pond with stream is directly in the garden.
For short walks is also provided there is a walking path directly to the cable cars Kreuzeck and Alpspitz. 500m runs a Zugspitzbahn the moves to Garmisch to Grainau and the Zugspitze high.
Dog are very welcome with us

Binnen wandelafstand van de skilift in Garmisch. Prachtige omgeving! Alles aanwezig.alles netjes verzorgd in t huisje. Bedden sliepen uitstekend.

Ich habe viele Touren gemacht und Hammersbach, insbesondere die Ferienwohnung im Haus Marion ist super gelegen und die Vermieter sehr freundlich.

Super,die Wohnung war sehr sauber,alles Wesentliche war vorhanden,die Gastgeberin sehr nett.Das Haus steht eingebaut von anderen Häusern,daher leider keine Sicht auf die Berge.

Die Gegend ist ein Traum und man hat viele Wanderwege oder Aktivitäten zur Verfügung. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit wenn es um Sehenswürdigkeiten geht oder man einfach mal ein wenig quatschen möchte. Für uns war es ein gelungener Urlaub und wir werden sicher noch einmal dort hin fahren.

Sehr gemütliche Wohnung mit bequemen Betten,nur etwas klein für drei Personen mit Hund. Wirkt auf Fotos größer. Gastgeber sehr nett. Ruhige Lage, nahe bei Höllentalklamm und Bahnhof Hammersbach(Zugspitzbahn). Wir waren zufrieden und hatten eine gute Zeit.

Die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt, bis auf ein paar Spinnenweben in manchen Ecken. Aber das ist absolut nicht schlimm.Alles super. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist tip top. Ein- und Auschecken verlief reibungslos. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Immer wieder gern.

Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage im Haus Marion. Die Unterkunft ist gut eingerichtet, sauber, und gut gelegen. Die Station der Zahnradbahn ist auch mit Skischuhen fußläufig zu erreichen und damit lassen sich die Skilifte gut erreichen. Empfehlung!

Sehr schönes gemütliche Ferienhaus. Alles was man braucht für eine kleines "break" von die Alltag. Geschäfte in der Nähe gut erreichbar und viele wunderschönen Wanderwege zur Verfügung. Grill mochlichkeit war dar für ein super grill Abend auch. Danke an Familie Ritterreiser. Werde gerne wieder vorbeikommen.

Ein sehr angenehmer Urlaub in einem schönen, vor allem ruhig gelegenen Objekt mit netten Vermietern und nicht vorher abgesprochenem Brötchenservice:) Die Gegend um Hammersbach ist einfach der Hammer ....und mit unserer Gästekarte konnten wir Bus-und Zugspitzbahn kostenlos nutzen, was wir sehr genutzt haben; das Auto blieb konnte die ganze Zeit stehen bleiben. We were greeted with screams. When we arrived the keys to the accommodation was on the door so we thought we could get in and that was done on purpose. What have we not done? 2 minutes later the owner tumbles in furi … Cry, anger, howling … my children were frightened, in tears and wanted to go back home. Nice as a start … to this was added a tourist tax that we had to pay in cash and we did not have the extra … The owner was so angry that we had to go to the ATM to get cash! Bottom-line, the reception procedure was a disaster. The rest of the stay was sincerely tainted by this episode. I will definitely not be going back there!
