O café da manhã foi o ponto alto da minha estadia no Bavária. Staff atencioso, resolveram um problema que tive com a fechadura do quarto. O hotel precisa de pequenos reparos, mas nada que tivesse tornado minha experiência menos satisfatória. É certamente um lugar que recomendaria aos meus amigos.

Péssimo custo benefício

Nossa experiência no Bavaria não foi boa. Fomos para passar 4 noites com nossa filha de 2 anos. A recepção foi muito boa, mas ao chegar no quarto ele praticamente não tinha janela, uma janela de cerca de 20 cm apenas ainda tinha uma cortina grande que achavamos que era outra janela e era uma parede. Já achamos muito ruim pelo preço que pagamos. Poucos minutos depois percebemos um vazamento na calefação do banheiro. Precisamos chamar a manutenção, já foi um incômodo. Além disso o calor no quarto era insuportável, com o mínimo de roupa estávamos suando. Pedimos pra trocarem de quarto e mesmo com a necessidade de manutenção não trocaram. O quarto tinha porta do banheiro com fechadura estragada, porta descascando, piso do quarto descolando, colchão bem menor que a base da cama. O café da manhã era muito bom. Outra coisa que nos chamou atenção foi a iluminação do hotel. Chegávamos à noite, e estavam todas as luzes apagadas, somente a que ficava literalmente na recepção estava ligado. Precisei aquecer o leite da minha filha no salão de café da manhã. Fui conduzida no escuro, questionei e me disseram que era a ordem do hotel. Nem enquanto aquecia o leite acenderam as luzes, o funcionário usou a lanterna do celular pra enxergar as teclas do microondas. Sinceramente nunca fiquei em um hotel assim. Achei péssimo. Acho que o hotel tem muito a melhorar principalmente pelo valor que cobra.

Embora um pouco fora do centro, ter piscina interna aquecida e restaurante bom foi o que me interessou e, sim, chegar ao fim de um dia de andar muito e relaxar na água quente valeu a pena. Restaurante muito bom. Apenas achei que o quarto em que ficamos (113) tinha reduzida estrutura para acomodação de pertences para quem estava em viagem mais prolongada para outros locais também, como nosso caso.
