Wonderful staff very nice people. The concierge was absolutely phenomenal. He’s got us dinner reservations every night at the most wonderful amazing places and spoke fluent English and was just very very helpful.

Great location, but...

Pros: Location is perfect. Nothing else to say about it. Hotel looks quite new as well. Friendly staff. Cons: Could hear everything happening in the rooms above and beside mine like baby crying, people walking, street noises... Breakfast was ok, but as it is Gramado I was expecting it to be better. One day they ran out of scrambled eggs and coffee in the buffet without noticing.

Limpeza diária do quarta péssima

Pela segunda vez que eu vou a limpeza do quarta só é feita cinco da tarde , quando já retornamos dos passeios e acaba não sendo feito , uma pena, esse tipo de situação para um hotel dessa qualidade

Decepcionante! Minha filha, de 4 anos, gripada solicitei água, alho, meio limão e uma colher de mel, para fazer um chá e me cobraram R$80,00 por cada solicitação. No banheiro, não colocavam papel higiênico. No último dia de hospedagem, solicitei o café antecipado as 6:40h, devido ao horário do voo, já que o café só começa a servir às 7:00h. Separaram 3 pães e uns negócios MOFADOS para eu e minha família. Um Absurdo. Uma falta de respeito desmedida. Já imaginou: eu e minha família doentes pela irresponsabilidade desse lugar?! NÃO RECOMENDO.

Estaria muito boa

Hotel muito novo, atendimento impecável, café da manhã muito bom, localização perfeita perto de tudo. Apenas algumas ressalvas para melhorias: Blackout do quarto tem que estar perfeito e o nosso não estava, passava luz solar (incomodou); Camareiras arrumando quartos as 09h parecendo que estavam destruindo o hotel de tanto barulho; Wi-Fi ficava oscilando muito. No mais, consertando estes pontos, voltaria tranquilamente.
