Estrutura do hotel é ótima e com uma boa localização, fácil acesso, porém é necessário ter carro ou utilizar taxi, pois não fica no centrinho da cidade.

Experiência decepcionante, não recomendo

Minha experiência neste resort foi decepcionante. Escolhi o local para relaxar com minha esposa e filho, mas logo na chegada fui informado de que a piscina estava em manutenção. Isso deveria ter sido avisado no momento da reserva. Como alternativa, ofereceram a piscina de um hotel próximo, com transporte incluído. No entanto, aguardamos 40 minutos na recepção com outras famílias. O pior foi o retorno: solicitamos o carro e tivemos que esperar 50 minutos do lado de fora do outro hotel, com um bebê sendo picado por mosquitos, assim como outras crianças. Mesmo entrando em contato com a recepção, nos mandaram apenas "aguardar mais um pouco". Além disso, a abordagem insistente dos funcionários vendendo apartamentos no resort foi extremamente incômoda. Fui abordado seis vezes em menos de um dia, até mesmo enquanto tirava fotos com minha família ou brincava com meu filho. Foi abusivo e inconveniente. Estive neste mesmo resort no ano passado e a qualidade caiu drasticamente. As toalhas e roupões usados na piscina não foram recolhidos pela camareira na manhã seguinte, ficando jogados ao lado da banheira. O lixo não foi retirado das lixeiras, e a cama estava muito mal arrumada. No café da manhã, os funcionários nos olhavam como se não fôssemos bem-vindos, tornando a experiência ainda mais desconfortável. Havia vários turistas estrangeiros igualmente indignados, especialmente aqueles com crianças, devido à longa espera pelo transporte de volta da piscina. Não pretendo voltar.
