Understaffed so it took a lot of time for any service. There were not sufficient table for everyone at Breakfast so we had to wait a long time. We left the hotel for 6 hours and our rooma were not clean even when we put the please clean room .

Quartos muito limpos, bastante cuidados com a manutenção! Como já conheci o hotel desde sua fundação, vejo que o café da manhã mudou muito, já foi muito melhor e mais bem administrado, está deixando muito a desejar! Inclusive na limpeza do salão com piso mal limpo, gritando o sapato! Não tem mais série de omeletes e tapioca etc O sistema de estacionamento precisa um pouco de atenção também! Ainda está um pouco complicado!

Hotel incrível, sem defeitos. Muitas coisas para fazer tanto em casal, qto com os filhos. Ambiente super acolhedor, elegante, delicioso simplesmente. Café da manhã foi um dos melhores que já vi, muuuito farto, vários ambientes para tomar ou comer algo nos outros horários. Atendimento dos funcionários impecável, sem excessão. Quarto lindo, tudo em perfeito estado, lençóis que te abraçam, e super limpo. Hotel todo bem quentinho. Academia enorme, com variedade de aparelhos. A única coisa ruim que achei é que não dá vontade de voltar para casa nunca mais kkkkk Todo mundo devia ter a possibilidade de se hospedar ao menos uma vez na vida nesse hotel, ele te dá uma experiência única!

Otimo Hotel

Um otimo hotel para se hospedar, estrutura muito boa. Unica coisa que nao gostei foi do sofa cama, preferia que para as crianças fosse duas camas de solteiro. Mas o restante o hotel foi nota 10.

Hotel lindo e confortável

Um dos melhores hotéis em Gramado, não fica no centro, porém fica a 7 min de carro e oferece transfer até o Centro e Canela. Café da manhã bem caprichado com opcões de omeletes e tapiocas feitas na hora. Quarto amplo e bem confortavel. Tudo limpo, cheiroso e equipe educada. Piscina aquecida maravilhosa. Único ponto negativo é que como o hotel é muito grande e dividido em vários blocos, quando você sai da piscina, até chegar no seu bloco, você vai passar muito frio e ter que ir pelo subsolo.

Nossa estadia foi ótima! Quarto muito confortável, café da manhã maravilhoso com muita variedade, funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos. Apenas alguns pontos que podem ser melhorados: não acho de bom tom cobrar estacionamento diário dos hóspedes, sendo que o mesmo é do próprio hotel. O espaço kids poderia ser um pouco mais atrativo para crianças entre 6-9 anos, bem como ter mais mesas de jogos pelo tamanho e quantidade de hóspedes. As piscinas aquecidas são extremamente quentes, se tornando um pouco desagradável ficar por mais de 10-15 min pela temperatura muito alta da água, até mesmo meu filho não aguentava muito tempo.
