Gostei muito da experiência de estar neste hotel. O salão de café da manhã parece um museu que conta a história da família que é dona do hotel há gerações. Hotel é ótimo cenário para fotos, a parte externa com muitas árvores, muito bonita a paisagem. Estive no frio e quarto e hotel bem quentinho. O hotel superou minhas expectativas

Hotel muito limpo, organizado e conservado, embora a estrutura seja antiga. Senti falta de itens como touquinha para banho no banheiro e de água disponível para hóspedes em ambientes como recepção, por exemplo. Mas em geral tudo estava ótimo. Café da manhã bem servido. Muito arborizado e bonito!

O hotel é muito antigo. Nao houve nenhum tipo de reforma. A porta do quarto mesmo fechada tem fresta. Quarto com carpete. No quarto tem uma arte de uma mulher nua achei de muito mal gosto caso leve uma criança. A decoração em geral é muito antiga. Em cima da lareira da área de convivência tem cabeças de animais empalhados. Passa um ar sombrio. O frigobar do quarto vazio. Fomos embora logo depois de chegar. Decidimos que era melhor dormir em casa.

Hotel bonito, com uma arquitetura histórica muito interessante e bem preservada por fora. A equipe foi atenciosa e a localização também agradou. O café da manhã era bom, com bastante variedade, especialmente de bolos. No entanto, já me hospedei em hotéis com cafés da manhã mais completos. Por se tratar de um hotel antigo, nosso quarto também tinha móveis mais antigos. A cama era confortável e o colchão era bom, mas a cadeira, o banheiro e outros detalhes do quarto já demonstravam a idade da estrutura. O principal ponto negativo foi o chuveiro. Apesar de ser aquecido a gás, a água não esquentava adequadamente, o que acabou prejudicando um pouco a experiência da hospedagem. No geral, foi uma estadia agradável para quem aprecia hotéis com história e charme, mas alguns aspectos dos quartos e da infraestrutura poderiam ser modernizados.

Este hotel é incrivelmente lindo e confortável. Trazendo aquele toque inglês e com decoração antiga, ficou um lugar aconchegante e elegante. O restaurante deles é maravilhoso, melhor fondue que comi. O café da manhã é super fresco e recheado. Cada cantinho do hotel encanta e o jardim é um verdadeiro espetáculo. Se for pra me hospedar em Gramado, com certeza será lá.

O hotel é diferenciado em Gramado. Tem uma grande área verde muito linda. O prédio é antigo com muitas obras de arte, lembranças de viagens e história de Gramado. O café da manhã é bom. Hotel antigo mas em excelentes condições. Café da manhã sempre ótimo. Funcionários cordiais e atenciosos. Já me hospedei várias vezes neste hotel. Únicas observações que tenho nessa última estadia foi a piscina aquecida que não estava liberada por conta da manutenção que eu entendo que não deveria ser realizada justo em um final de semana, uma vez que a piscina é otima e sempre muito utilizada pelos hóspedes. O outro ponto diz respeito ao tamanho muito pequeno da cama de casal no quarto 501. Acredito que o hotel deveria padronizar nos tamanhos (mínimo queen), pois já fiquei em quarto que o tamanho era queen ou king, esta última foi em casal das pequenas e foi realmente muito desconfortável.
